Looks like MetArt has removed the last set (Ethique) from their site. I couldn't find the set called "Ethique", nor could I find a page for a model named "Berengere A" .
I do have 5 sets of her which appear to be from Hegre-Art. They are called View From Below, Pink Baby, Christmas Doll, Beautiful and Bathing Beauty. I have no idea on dates. I checked Hegre-Art.com but there's nothing there. I guess they've taken down their sets of her as well.
