they do look similar but I can't get a mole match
There's one photo in her MET set (#35) where they didn't photoshop her moles out. They follow the same pattern.

Looks convincing to me. Look also at her right nipple. Both in the Megan sets and in the Lucy Kent set, you'll notice two dark spots that clearly match. I've merged Lucy Kent with Megan.
