Just watched the video and I would confirm DarkFather's post. It appears to be Amelie B. Though the video quality is rather low (looks like it was upscaled) many of her upper chest moles seem to match and in a few shots you can see a tattoo on her upper neck. She also seems to be sporting a new tattoo above her left ankle (an ankh?) but it could be a temp.
As a personal note, Many of Playboy's videographers suck. I've got several DVDs from the late 90's to early 00's. On many of the videos it is swirl, swirl, push in, pull out, zoom, zoom, swirl some more, maybe some wiggle now, etc. Might be great for a music video but for erotic art? News flash - IT DON'T WORK! This one isn't TOO bad but it could be much better!
