For me Femjoy's Yanina is Met's Yanina after a boob job (not a change for the better imho). Whether or not the two Yaninas are the same has been discussed before, see this peachyforum thread. I'm sure they are. A mole test leaves absolutely no doubt, check out the pics below. Notice also her earrings. Same earrings in both Femjoy and Met sets. She's wearing them in sets by multiple photographers so they are unlikely to be props provided by the photographer.
