I have compared the MM set "Comfort" and the MET-Girls set
"Teen Lover" to the "Ruslana" sets:
Janice/Tanja has brown eyes, Ruslana's are grey.
Janice has a cleft chin; Ruslana hasn't.
Also the shape of the nipples is distinctly different;
and Ruslana's are broader.
In my opinion, Zin's Janice and Ruslana are not the same model.
