Zdena ZA-82HP and Zdena ZX-0044 are obviously (to me) different models.
Perhaps the confusion between them arose because they both appeared on a website "Zdenka Kopová" and that site name was wrongly assigned as an alias to one (or both) of them. (https://www.boobpedia.com/boobs/Zenia_Herzog describes "Zdenka Kopová" as an agency.)
But it will be a big job to disentangle the overlapping information that has appeared on the entries for both models.

Besides the eye color (Zenia has light eye color, Zdenka's eyes are brown), a way to differentiate Zdenka and Zenia that is quite obvious when you see it is the areola... Zdenka's are not of equal size (the right areola is much larger than the left) and are both circular. Zenia's are about equal size, and more ovoid/droplet shaped. Also sexy of Zdenka is that she has her clit/labia pierced.
