I don't know that there is any evidence that Danielle C is her sister. Is there anything more to it than the last name that they share? That's a very common Ukrainian name, e.g. napodiume (a russian modeling site) currently lists 30 models with that name. As to the rumour that she died, I've also seen a message posted July 2010 from somebody who claims to know her personally and reports that "she looked alive and well when I met her yesterday". She has quit modeling though.

ukraine authorities cant confirm she still alive or passed away
under her own (real name) you cant find anything news,
no new pictures or story's.
can not imagine that someone can stay for almost 8 years under the radar.
i did some research on russia-ukraine social media and cant find anything about this girl.
