It's definitely NOT her. The model in plushies.tv is from Norway and has tattoos, while Lulya is from Czech Republic and doesn't have any tattoos.

Yes. She does not have tattoos bcs the have been carefully photoshopped. Take a second look again and you will see she's the same girl.

Tattoos are not very important because often sites like Amour Angels or Showybeauty remove them with Photoshop.
For example there are models like Cake or Kortny

that have the body completely tattooed but in the photo shoots you do not notice.
Neither nationality is decisive, AmourAngels is often not reliable, for example, says that some models are from the Czech Republic when they are actually from Latvia.
If it is actually Kate S of the site Plushies.tv then we must add that Lulya has a pierced tongue and yet another tattoo on the left forearm even if I do not understand well what it is.
