also, it's not illegal to take pics of a minor nude. they can't be sexual. brook shields was 12 when she did pretty baby and I don't recall anyone going to jail for it. google pretty baby and you'll see what i mean.

i guess it depends on what you consider racier. her most explicit was when she did that masturbation video and her teen flood work. however, that work on deviate art is very well done.
