The Suicide Girls page gives the clearest timeline of the progression from the curviness of "Ulya I" and the early "Klodi" pictures through to the much skinnier "Monika" and "Ayya" of today.
IIRC she once posted on DeviantArt that she was having heart surgery and it was after this that she started to get a lot thinner and travelled a lot more. From what I know of major surgery many anaesthetists don't like to work on people who are as thin as she is now if they can help it as it reduces their margin of error (source: Knew a gymnast who was told to put weight on before elective surgery) .
So I suspect she worked for the glamour Met-Art and SG photographers to earn the money for the surgery and then slimmed down (and travelled to some dodgy places) to get work as a fashion/art model.
Every now and again she runs short of cash for travelling and does some "harder" pictures for the likes of Hegre.
So incredibly happy to see this classic goddess back! She changed so much I did not even recognize her and thought her Hello set a FJ was featuring a new model! She looks foxier, more explicit and more confident. Can't wait to see more of her.
