Neptune, I think model informations of MPV are unreliable. For example, Elena says "Hi, my name is Elena and I'm from Venezuela.". But also "Hola, my name is Elena and I am eighteen years old. I am from Puerto Rico, but I moved to Miami when I was only seven years old because my Mom got a job here." Then Elena is evidently Natasha S, Russian. So, I don't believe "Donita from Puerto Rico"
She's a bit of a mystery because her coloration looks Indian, but she she is seen speaking Russian or another Slavik language with Felicity Fey in the extended sauna video.

Could be from an Indian immigrant family or Gypsy.
